EDIFACT ORDCHG

EDIFACT ORDCHG provides the definition of the Purchase order change request message (ORDCHG) to be used in EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) between trading partners involved in automotive, grocery and retail drug industry sectors. The EDIFACT ORDCHG message is sent by buyer to the seller to update and amend a previously sent EDIFACT ORDERS message. A buyer may request to change, or eventually cancel one or more goods items or services. It is used change or cancel one or more items/goods from a previously sent order. An EDIFACT ORDCHG may contain details for transport and destination as well as delivery patterns.
